Steven Schroeder

Steven co-founded Solid Investments in 2006 and has spent the two decades since focused on single tenant NNN real estate — representing private investors, family offices, and 1031 exchange buyers in the acquisition of net lease properties nationwide. He heads the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office out of Pompano Beach.

That focus has produced 225+ closed transactions and more than $1 billion in career volume for the firm, with a particular specialty in institutional-grade industrial and logistics net lease — anchored by a string of FedEx Ground distribution facility closings across the country.

Clients return because Steven stays hands-on from start to finish — guiding buyers through lease and due diligence review alongside legal counsel, coordinating third-party consultants, helping clients evaluate their findings, and leveraging a trusted network of attorneys, lenders, and industry professionals to keep transactions moving toward closing. He also closely tracks interest rates and capital markets — helping clients evaluate pricing, financing, and deal structure based on today’s market conditions rather than where the market was six months ago.
