Heather Gogola
is our Managing Director and Senior Real Estate
Consultant. She has greatly diversified experience
in the commercial real estate business with
shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family,
land for acquisition and development, warehouses,
and redevelopment.
Derrick Schroeder
and Steve Schroeder are our Commercial
Specialists. They have been working in the retail
side of commercial real estate for over 2 years.
They have Degrees in Multi-Media Technology
and are well versed and experienced in all facets
of commercial real estate including shopping
centers, office buildings, warehouses, and redevelopment.
Dinah Ana Darcy
is our Commercial Specialist with several awards
for performance and excellence. Dinah Darcy
is fluent in French, Spanish and English. She
has a great deal of experience in shopping centers,
office buildings, service stations, hotels,
multi-family, warehouses and redevelopments.
Edith Van Note
is our Executive Leasing Consultant. She has
over 15 years of experience in commercial leasing
and property management. Born in Montreal, Canada,
Ms. Van Note speaks French and has been a resident
of South Florida for over 35 years.
